1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using CashflowQuest ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

CashflowQuest is a personal finance management and business cash flow tracking application that provides:

Daily income and expense tracking
Financial statistics and visualizations
Business insights based on industry templates
Gamification features (XP, levels, achievements, Quest Coins)
Optional iCloud synchronization (Pro feature)
Data export capabilities (Pro feature)
Custom field management for business tracking

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use CashflowQuest. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

4. License Grant

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use CashflowQuest for personal or business use on iOS devices that you own or control.

You may not:

Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Rent, lease, lend, sell, or redistribute the App
Use the App for any illegal purpose
Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels

5. CashflowQuest Pro - In-App Purchase

CashflowQuest offers a one-time Pro upgrade purchase:

Type: One-time, non-consumable purchase
Price: As displayed in the App Store (varies by region)
Features: Unlimited history access, advanced charts, data export (CSV/PDF), iCloud sync

Important Purchase Information:

All purchases are processed through your Apple ID and Apple App Store
Purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law
Pro features are available across all devices signed in with the same Apple ID
You can restore purchases on new devices using the "Restore Purchases" button
Payment will be charged to your Apple account upon confirmation of purchase

6. Refund Policy

All purchases made through the Apple App Store are subject to Apple's refund policies. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact Apple Support directly. We do not process refunds directly as all transactions are handled by Apple.

7. User-Generated Content

You retain all rights to the data you enter into CashflowQuest, including:

Financial entries (income, expenses)
Notes and descriptions
Custom field configurations

You are responsible for:

The accuracy of data you enter
Backing up your data (via iCloud sync or export features)
Ensuring your device is secure

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of CashflowQuest is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your data.

All data is stored locally on your device
Optional iCloud sync uses your personal iCloud account
We do not collect, access, or share your financial data
No third-party analytics or tracking

9. Intellectual Property

CashflowQuest and all related trademarks, service marks, logos, and content are owned by CashflowQuest Team. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.

The App's design, graphics, user interface, and underlying code are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

IMPORTANT: CashflowQuest is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not warrant that:

The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
The App will meet your specific requirements
Any financial calculations or insights are accurate or complete
Data will never be lost (you should maintain backups)

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CashflowQuest Team shall not be liable for any:

Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
Financial decisions made based on App data
Data loss due to device failure, user error, or software issues

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for CashflowQuest Pro, if applicable, or $25 USD, whichever is greater.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CashflowQuest Team from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

Your use of the App
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any third-party rights
Any data you input into the App

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to CashflowQuest at any time, with or without cause, including if you violate these Terms.

You may terminate your use of the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your license to use the App ends, and you must delete all copies of the App from your devices.

14. Updates and Modifications

We may update CashflowQuest from time to time to:

Add new features
Fix bugs and improve performance
Maintain compatibility with iOS updates
Enhance security

Updates may be required to continue using the App. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.

15. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

16. Third-Party Services

CashflowQuest integrates with Apple services:

Apple App Store: Governed by Apple's Terms and Conditions
iCloud: Governed by Apple's iCloud Terms and Conditions
StoreKit: In-app purchases subject to Apple's terms

Your use of these services is subject to Apple's applicable terms and policies.

17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
